So...i've had my pigs for about...a little over a week now. And they're still just as cute as ever. I clean their cage about every day or every other day depending on how much energy i have after a day of work.

yesterday was friday. and boy was i feeling it was a friday. after work i laid down in my bed (or well actually my cousins bed haha) and watched more of Melissa and Joey episodes. I've seen them all before, but they make me laugh so i watch them again. then i fell asleep around 5pm, and woke up around 7pm, then went back to sleep for the rest of the night. i guess that means i must've been really tired. Too tired to even change out of my work clothes. which happens sometimes. Sometimes i don't even bother taking my shoes off. Because i mean, i'm just gonna have to put them on tomorrow right? lol.

So today is saturday. And i have done nothing but lay around and do nothing. well, inbetween doing nothing i cleaned my guinea pig cage and cleaned the house up a little. I think i may take Conner on a walk in a little bit.

tonight i will watch the new atlantis on bbc.

i watched the christmas special doctor who once on christmas and the day after. I still think tennant's regeneration is the best one, but matt smith's was also good and sad. he was the first doctor i was introduced to.

Sherlock starts up on Janurary 19th! so excited. it's been forever that we've had to wait for the new season.

anyways, here are a few random pictures of my guinea pigs and me and stuff like that.

My new baby guinea pigs

Last week a friend of mine posted a picture of a baby guinea pig that she was wanting to give away. I have been wanting some sort of an animal to take care of for many years. And when i saw this picture i thought to myself i just had to have it! So i talked to her about it and she said she'd give it to me! I was so excited that i went online and bought this from amazon.

Minus the stuff in the cage. But really it is an amazing cage. it's 4 feet long and super easy to clean and doesn't need any chips on the bottom. i got it for 34 dollars. and it doesn't leak. everything it says in the description is true. All i do is sweep up the poop, then spray vinegar/water solution all over it and wash it down with a rag. and then it's all set to go. :) so far i've just been cleaning it ever day. takes about 10 minutes. i love it and i'm pretty sure my pets do as well.

So it turns out that a couple of days before i was supposed to get it, my friend asked me if i wanted two baby girls instead. I loved it. :) So on wednesday after my shift was over at work i drove to Hubbard to go and pick them up. they are so adorable and cute! i couldn't ask for a better present than those two. The one that has the skinner white stripe i named Ace, and the bigger white stripped one is Alfie (Stormagetton). Yes, they are both doctor who names. But, they are less common doctor who names so only the real obsessed fans would get it haha.

Here are just a few pictures of them. :)

This picture is after i had just finished clipping their nails for the first time. They did fantastic. :)

So yes, i am in love with them. :)

until next time!
